Hello Aspirant,
To get admission in College of Engineering and Technology, Bhuvneshwar, you have to appear for Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) which is conducted every year by the state. After clearing the examination you will be eligible to take part in the Counselling procedure through which you can apply for college of engineering and technology (CET) Bhuvneshwar. You can't apply for it directly through JEE Mains portal. You have to give OJEE Examination in order to get into it.
