To apply for counselling, follow these steps:

1. Go to The Official BCECE Website: Go to BCECE Board (http://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.)
2. Register for Counselling: Look for the Online Counselling link located under BCECE. Register with your roll number, rank and the other details requested.
3. Choice Filling: Simply click on your preferred courses/colleges in order of priority. Please select "CSE (Data Science)".
4. Lock Choices: Lock your choices after you are satisfied, but be sure to do so prior to the deadline!
5. Seat Allotment & Reporting: From here you will check your seat allotment result, download your allotment letter, and report to the allocated college with the necessary documentation.

After the BCECE rank card is out, the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will release the counselling schedule on their official website. You’ll need to register online for counselling when that window opens. During registration, enter your details like rank, roll number, and other personal info.

Once registered, you’ll move on to the choice-filling stage. Here, you need to carefully select colleges and branches—so choose CSE (Data Science) in institutes that offer it. The more preferences you fill, the better your chances, but make sure to put your most preferred colleges at the top.
