You simply won't get admission into DRDO , ISRO for R&D after you complete your BCA. ISRO conducts an exam, which if you can clear with good marks can  get admission into the same.

ISRO require candidates who are having background in aerospace, aeronautics and astronautics. There are huge vacancies for computer and IT background students.

So you can look forward to pursue your MCA in some aerospace research and related fields universities and prepare for the exams conducted by ISRO and DRDO and you can get a job since many vacancies are out for several posts.
