If you fill the COMEDK form than they will call you for free seat after the admission process over.
Generally thoae college whose seat remain vacant after counseling call candidate for free seat means they not take management quota fee from you and provide seat.
Good private institutions not provide free seat to candidate ,they generally demand fee through management quota.
Some private institutions provide free seat without taking management quota fee but for contacting you ,if you fill the form of COMEDK they have ease.
Other wise you have to contact and ask about seat availability in this case.
Generally private institutions start contacting you after the board results are out.
