hello aspirant,

judicial services exam will be released as per in different state wise. so you need to search when latest exam form will out in your states. however exam is two types,

lower judiciary services, higher judiciary services.  for lower judiciary services the minimum eligibility is degree of llb and final years candidate can also apply.

for higher judiciary services candidates must graduate in law and have 7 years of litigating practice experience but that may vary state to state.
