Since, you don't have the state domicile, you cannot avail colleges through state quota counseling. Therefore you can't apply for private colleges through state quota.

But you can go for All India Quota counseling and register yourself for deemed universities. You have pay around 2 lakhs for registration and then you'll be asked to select your desired college. There you can select the colleges you want in Maharshtra and keep them as your priority.
