Hii Aspirant,

It is easy process. You will have to collect the “Outgoing Migration Certificate Form” from the  universities you are studying as you have not mention the place or universties. You have to fill up the form and get to the passing out college to get the signature from the principal of the university.then you have go the Migration office with originbal and photocopies last examination photocopies and you submit it.
