1. Visit the National Service Portal and create your account by clicking on New Registration.

2. Provide the required details.

3. Enter the OTP which will be sent to your registered mobile number.

4. Log in to the portal by using your OTR number and password. Fill the application form.

5. Recheck the information that you have entered. And click submit.
