NTSE exam for 2018 has been conducted already. The application forms for NTSE 2019 will most probably release in August. Students need to fill the application form online. For more details, read the article below:

The current academic year's NTSE stage 1 test was over on November 5, 2017. Results will be declared in the first week of March 2018. 

You need to check the NTSE for 2018-19, but have to meet the elibility criteria.
