As per the information brochure released by AACCC (AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee) on an official site ( https://aaccc.gov.in/aacccug/home/homepage ) , "Counseling for all India quota seats of Private Institutes (other than Deemed University) will be conducted by counseling authority of respective State/UT Government for academic session 2020-21."

So from whichever state you belongs to you have to register for state quota counselling for admission in private seats.
