Test of English Language & Comprehension and Logical Reasoning (ToELR) is a part of screening test you don't need to apply for it separately.Candidates applying for AFMC and shortlisted  need to appear in the screening test which includes documents verification, ToELR, Personal Assessment Test (PAT), Board Interview and Medical Test.Candidates must appear in NEET.The application form for AFMC 2020 is yet to be released.It may be out by third week of June tentatively.
