Saroj inorder to apply for the HDFC scholarship you have to be under the domain of eligibility criteria of HDFC. Then you have to talk with your Dean regarding that such that they will directly mail to the conducting authorities. Otherwise you can also download the application form  from their official website and submit it via Online mode.
