As per your requirement, i would say that for applying for the course optometry, it depends totally on which collegr you are applying and what is itz procedure. 

For online registration of optometry course, you need to fill up details freshly which means you need to do fresh registration. Once its registration is done, you need to login and fill up other steps like uploading of documents and providing other details. You don't need to register again once if its done, then you need to just login for it.
