You can access  your certificates online through digilocker website where your all certificates will show under issued document option.Your digilocker accounts are made already through your registered mobile number with cbse. Visit here for instructions

After all the verification process and login, you have to enter your board  roll no and you will be able to download soft copy. For hard copy you need to contact your school after the result declaration within 10-15 days.
