Hello Sumit,

Try to focus on the work and keep yourself busy as much as you can.If you feel like watching try to exercise or watch any moticvational video.Try going for a walk outside.

When studying prepare yourself that till 2-3 chapters arent over you will not touch your mobile and be focused as you can.
