Hello,
.
First point is don't go for late night studies. They are not at all useful. Morning studies are always best and useful if memorising things for longer time.
.
Don't go more then an hour on each subject.  Humans kind can't concentrate more then an hour on single topic.
.
Have something, while you study. I mean eat or have some kinds of drinks.
.
Always start preparation with your fav subject and end it with some other subjects.
.
If you still feeling sleepy. Have a nap. Use alarm so that you will not sleep more then 30 to 45 minutes. Your body really needs it. Concentration automatically comes once you be alright.
.
Don't worry, everyone faced/facing the same problem. Get try to give enough sleep to your body.
Out body needs  minimum 8 hours sleep for functioning properly

Dedication matters. This is not a question that you will hear from someone else and try to implement. I used to struggle studying at night in my 11th standard whereas in 12th when I realized the worth of competitive exams, I used to study whole nights. I'll say in just one word- your interest, and dedication matters that's it. Enjoy whatever you are studying. I can guide you with some tips. Avoid theoretical topics like inorganic chemistry or biology, etc at night and try to solve something like physics numericals OR mcqs And make your time worth. You can also take the help of coffee or tea.

Best wishes. Thank you.

Dear Aspirant,

You could start studying in breaks. Do not study continuously, rather take breaks in between. Follow pattern of 1 hour of study then 10 minute of break. Do something in that period which requires you to change your position.

You can listen to songs while taking a small walk on your rooftop. Or you can make a cup of coffee or tea. This will help you in avoiding sleep during your study.

Thank you.
