There might be other job titles but with same job role. There are 2 ways to go about becoming a Software Engineer. You can either take up CSE, IT branches and then become a Software Engineer or you can take other branches like Mechanical Engineering and then do some software courses in Coding, Programming, etc. To be able to study Engineering, you should complete your 12th in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.
