Hey!

In order to become the chairman of ISRO, you need to join ISRO first.

It comprises two stages: a national-level written exam (offline mode) and a personal interview. The minimum qualification required is BE/BTech (or equivalent) with at least 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA; final-year students can also apply. The age limit is 30 years.

You will be getting promoted every few years (which is determined by your clean slate, and the way you take a responsibility). To become a chairman, you must show a large amount of skills in facing a problem, finishing a task and responsibility. Don't lose hope. It might take at least 20 years to get enlisted for the chairman's seat in ISRO.

Thank you.
