CS (Company Secretary) is a 3 year course in which students are trained to manage a company or a firm, abiding to its laws and rules. To become a CS, a student should have passed 10+2, this is a basic criteria.

CS have 3 levels. One is Foundation Program, the second one is Executive Exam and the third one is Professional Program.  The eligibility criteria for Foundation Program is to have your class 12 passed. For the second level, you have to give an entrance exam of CSEET or Company Secretary Executive Entrance test. And for the third level, you should've done your executive level proficiently.
