Hello,

Deputy superintendent belongs to direct intrants or promoted from an inspector. Dsp  belongs to provincial police. If the dep has the 8 to 15 yrs of experience they they would be promoted to IPS officer. For becoming dsp you have to attempt PSC exam known APPSC group1. And the eligibility criteria for dsp of state age is 21to 28 yrs.  Deputy supdt of police cat-2 is the name of the post.

You should have a bachelor's degree under any recognised university or provicinal act or equivalent qualification. If superintendent is in absence then dsp take charge 40 to 93 thousands per mnth. You can check on thier official website for more information.

Hope it helpful.

Thankyou.
