To become a SBI Bank Manager there are certain criteria needs to be fullfilled like:

1. The candidate should have completed their graduation degree from any recognized university with minimum 60%.

2. The age limit should be between 21-30 years.

3. Experience of atleast 5 years in the field of Banking/Financial/Accounting is preferred.

The process includes:

Exam followed by Discussion and Interview.

Also, you can start from a lower level and then after getting experience can try getting a higher post in the same bank (there are a lot of internal placement opportunities comes up for the employee).
