MRO positions in AP are filled through  Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Group II exam. To be eligible for APPSC, you need to have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. There is no educational qualification restriction as to the subjects that you need to study in your 12th or Bachelor's degree. Once you complete your Bachelor's degree, you have to apply for the Group 2 exams when the notification is released.
