to be eligible for Group 2 exams which are the exams for recruiting for the post of MRO, you need to be a Graduate in any discipline. With a Bachelor's degree in B.Tech you are eligible for applying for Group 2 exams of Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. The recruitment happens based on the positions falling vacant. It is not necessary that the exam should be conducted every year.
