There are a few good universities and colleges in Delhi which offer PhD degree in Political Science they are as follow:1. If you want to do it from an open university, Indira Gandhi National Open University is a good option.2. Jamia Milia Islamia3. Jawaharlal Nehru University4. Delhi UniversityI hope this helps.
