See, the more likeness you have for the subject, the mlre interesting it becomes. Try to know your subject well and build your own concepts and try to visualize them in your day to day life. Like that you will know that it's not a burden. More than learning, focus on understanding. If you dislike physics, pay more attention to it and try to master it so that it no longer could become a hurdle in your journey. 

Secondly, the higher you score in Aiims entrance, the better it is for you. Aiims Delhi is the most prestigious college and you must perform extraordinarily in order to get a seat there. Master your subjects and score 99 or even 100 percentile, so that you clearly get a seat there. Just work hard.
