Hi Shiva,
To enhance your vocabulary words and reading comprehension you should read daily english news paper articles. Like THE HINDU TIMES, TIMES OF INDIA etc.
There are many apps which can enhance you. Read novels and English speaking books.

Reading Comprehension – As the name suggests, it requires a lot of reading to master the section. Start reading regularly. Read novels and newspapers and build your vocabulary by highlighting the words you don't understand and solve as many mock tests as you can. Try to learn at least 5 new words every day. It's going to increase your reading speed and gradually, you'll be able to master RC. Here are some tips to prepare for the section:
