From your question it seems you have passed your 12th examination in the year 2018. You have appeared your JEE MAIN in the year 2019. So in this case also your cut off will be same as like other candidates passing 12th in 2019. The Cutoffs will be same for every candidate irrespective of the year they have passed their 12th examination.
