Hi,

To calculate the percentage of marks you have scored in the said examination, you need to add all the marks obtained in the subjects divided by the total marks of all the subjects and then multiply with with 100.

For example: Your total marks for all the subjects is 550.  Each paper is of 100 marks and you have six subjects. So, the total marks for the subjects will be 600.

So, your percentage will be 550/600×100= 91.666

Hope it helps.

Hello aspirant

There are two groups , one is PCB percentage and other aggregate percentage. For PCB percentage you add marks of three subjects ( Physics, chemistry and biology) .

Formula

(Total marks obtained in PCB × 100 ) ÷ 300

To calculate aggregate percentage

(Total marks obtained in 6 subjects  × 100) ÷ 600
