If you want to cancel your application in BCM girls hostel because you had joined other institution and want hostel in that institution you had joined now, then firstly you have to write an application to the hostel officials and warden with all your documents attached to it and also with a valid reason that you are taking admission in any other institute and submit it to them then after the officials and warden accept your application and allow permit to you for that then they can cancel your hostel and after deduction of some fees they also refund your hostel fees and now yiu can easily take admission in other institute hostel.

It will be more convenient for you if you contact the administration of hostel . They will be able to inform you more about policy of  hostel and procedure for cancellation of your application.
