Hello Nitin,
As you have made a mistake in JEE advanced application form,To make correction in it follow the sequence of steps as below :

Step 1: Visit NTA/ JEE Main Official Website.

Step 2: Click on 'Correction in Application Form of JEE Main January and April 2019 Examination including EWS Category' tab.

Step 3: Enter ApplicationNumber, Password and Security Pin to access application form for correction.

I think this will not be happen further, you can't change your details if you have submit it once.If any information will be announced regarding to the JEE advanced application form correction, we will update on the site of JEE ADVANCE.
