Yes, you can change it.

You can make a request for change of examination city till November 17, 2017 with an additional fee to be paid online using GOAPS.

. its not showing anywhere about the steps and how to pay additional fee ...so plz answer me
-through which link ill select my exam centre again...
even i tried i.i.t. guwahati phone no. many times...taking no response..its ringing only...
