Dear Akshata, to be honest with you, you are given two chances to make any changes to your application. One is while filling the application form and the other is during the correction window. If you miss those chances, you cannot make or request any changes whatsoever. So at this point when the next step is for downloading the admit cards, you cannot request any changes nor will you be obliged. But if you have requested ypur exam paper to be in any other language, the questions will also be guven in English.
