Hey, if you want to change your school after your 11th then you will have to speak with the school authority, both the leaving institute and the one who is accepting. Some schools allow such shift while the others don't so it's really hard to say if the school you wanna attend will allow new students after 11 especially if its CBSE board. Please inquire with the school and confirm it.
