The change of course in the college is only possible after completion of first year of your college. And if you really want to change the course it totally depends on the rules of the particular college. Some colleges will consider it if you have very good cgpa in your first year then may be, they will allow to change your course and some colleges will also ask for extra fee to pay for it or may be some colleges won't allow you. So it totally depends on the college administration.
