Because you haven't yet updated the new marks as per reevaluation, you have to reach out to the helpdesk at: care@tneaonline.org from your registered Email Id. You can also reach out to them at the helpline numbers: 044-22351014 and 044-22351015. Once your marks have been added, then you will be given a new rank. Then you can attend the Counselling as per the new rank. Even if the rank has not been assigned, you can still attend the Counselling as per the new rank schedule. But first please reach out to the helpdesk.
