  You can check your exam centre using your admit card. Exam centre is mentioned in the admit card. You can download admit card using the following site: https://jnanabhumi.ap.gov.in/

 Open the above mentioned site and choose Board of intermediate education and there you have to choose first year if you belong to first and second year if you belong to second year. In the next page you have to fill your application details and you will get your admit card.
