if you want to study Masters in Aboard then there are some requirements, you have to do some research work in the field you want to join. Your research work should be publised in the top research publishiing  organisations like springer or IEEE. Then you have to apply for the institute where you want to join. you have to write your cover letter such that it is enough convincible to the officials you will  give you admission and you have to pass their selection levels.

Then you can go and study.
