I don't think that you will not be provided with any certifate by the government to state that you are a roman Catholic. The common documents that you can provide are TC of 10th, TC of 12th, stating that you are a roman Catholic in the religion category. It would be better if you may get the certificate from local priest that you are a part of community. I hope this helps.
