Step 1 - Enter personal information

Filling this section includes entering all the personal information as asked in the CLAT application form. Candidates will have to enter the following details.

Applicant Name in full (as shown in 10+2 certificate)

Gender and Date of Birth

Father’s name And mother’s name

Nationality

Resident status (Select this field only if you want to claim seat under NRI/OCI/PIO reservation category.)

In this step, candidates will have to enter the communication and permanent address details.

Enter test centre preference

Enter reservation details

All NLUs are offering reservations to the candidates based on their national category. Some are also offering domicile reservations to the candidates. Thus, if a candidate seeks to claim the benefits of the reservation, he/she must enter the reservation details in the application form of CLAT 2021 along with uploading a certificate in support of the reservation claimed.

Sign declaration box and submit CLAT application form

At the end of the reservation details, a declaration box is given (as shown below in the picture). Candidates have to tick the declaration box and submit the application form to proceed for step leading to the CLAT fee payment.
