I would like to tell you the facilty of completion/correction of application form is provided to only those candidates who have completed their fees. If you have completed the fees then only you can edit it and submit it.

My application status is showing incomplete and step 5 (which is of pics upload) is not getting completed even though the pics are already uploaded. While accepting the declaration a pop up window is getting opened with a message "Registration has been closed". Can you guide me with what should be done in this case ? I've tried it in cyber cafe as well and am continuously trying from last 2 days but in vain.
