Dear Aspirant,

This is the issue most of the aspirant in general face and most of the time students misunderstand it and Overthink about it. In the 17-19 age it's the time when hormones are at peak and suppressing them is not the solution.

Instead of controlling them try to understand them and see the root cause from , what kind of intake you take are generating them.

When u feel it,just note it down on the paper and don't take action for an hour and when u see it after an hour u will understand it was just silly thing.

Try to keep yourself busy and be careful about the intakes u take through senses as u know the famous quote"garbage in garbage out".

As rightly said in bhagwat geeta "To control the mind u have to control the senses".

JEE journey of two to three years is the test of self discipline ,self control and focus more than selection.

However, it would be best for you if you maintain a daily planner and divide your day into mini goals and take short breaks where you relax yourself. Try staying away from social media for atleast 6 days a week, even deactivate your account, if needed. Also, to end addictions like gaming, engage yourself in outdoor sports. Make sure you take any break only after the completion of your mini goals. Fix your target for the day and achieve it no matter what. You got this !
