Hii Aman!
The very famous method to convert Toluene to benzaldehyde is the Etard Reaction. It involves the direct oxidation of aromatic or heterocyclic bound methyl group to an aldehyde using chromile chloride.
Toluene + cl2 + uv light = benzylchloride
Benzylchloride + aq. KOH= phenylmethanol
Phenyl methanol + P.C.C = benzaldehyde
