As there is very less time left for JEE 2020; There are few points you must focus on :-

• Solve previous year questions ( past 10-15 years jee mains and jee advanced questions )
• Read NCERT Chemistry book
• solve NCERT Mathematics
• solve and learn DC Pandey for physics .
• learn important formulas and the way to use them .
• solve Ncert exemplar
• Give a full test on daily basis .

last but not the least . stay focused and motivated throughout your preparation and stay away from negative suggestions. # BELIEVE_IN_YOURSELF.

Hope this is enough for scoring a decent marks in JEE MAINS 2020.

Let's be realistic. Cracking JEE MAINS in 1 week is not possible is you are starting from scratch. But if you have already done some of the preparation then you should start doing the following

• Make a fail proof routine for you daily schedule.
• Attempt at least 2 practice tests a day, stimulating the exam environment
• You have to study for long hour, that is more than 10 hours, but make sure it is effective
• Take 5 to 10 minutes break after every hour of study
• Make charts, flow charts etc to remember things, and don't forget to revise the charts daily
• Make a small notebook with formulae, and revise them
• Do a lot of MCQs
• Stay away from distractions
• Get adequate sleep
