Before preparation, get the details of syllabus and pattern. Because it will help you to in your preparation.

There are 200 questions in the entrance exam from Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Zoology & Botany), Logic & Quantitative Reasoning and English with Comprehension.

Normally the syllabus is based on the XI & XII Standards.

More practice on your weaker sections or topics.

Read NCERT books.

Solve mock test, previous year papers,  sample paper on regular basis. Be focus on your goal.

Be thorough with the concepts as luck may not favour even though there is no negative marking.

Solve as many mcqs as possible.

Do English and reasoning questions as well, as it will help increase the score
