It does not matter what you score in your 11th class .your 12th class percentile that matters & your preparation for neet & how well you are prepared for your neet this matter only.

So stay focused on your upcoming course i.e your 12th standard. stop regretting what had happened move on with lots of positive thoughts.

To crack NEET it has nothing to do with your 11th result. You have to be thorough with your 11th and 12th basics and topics, then you can refer to other guides and books for better preparation.
