First you should know the following criteria -

Candidate must secure minimum of 50% aggregate in 10 + 2 higher secondary education from a recognized college/ university.

Minimum age must be 17 years of age. The subjects in 10 + 2 higher secondary must be physics, chemistry and biology

Here is the thing you can follow last minute -

1. B FOR BIOLOGY : biology is the heart of this exam as everyone knows. But if you want to score the most, concentrate on GENETICS part, read every single line as it could be mcq. Moreover here you have to understand the concepts. Secondly I would recommend you to read ECOLOGY.Here not only what is there in book but also the recent information about it
2. CHEMISTRY : Believe it or not, you need to really hold strong on ORGANIC CHEMISTRY,its the easiest and most questions come from here. Apart from this, stress on formula based questions.
3. PHYSICS : This sometimes become a tough subject but mostly you need to understand the concept ,even without a formula you can solve( in some part ) Keep a hold on ELECTROMAGNETISM & CIRCUITS
