Hello Rohan
There are many ways to deal with the stress during the drop year. I understand you are under a lot of pressure and cannot study continuously for long. It would be difficult for anyone. You can go for a hobby, anything you like, read books, listen to music, play games, talk to a friend, talk to your parents, sleeping is also a great stress buster. Anything that makes you feel lighter can be a stress buster, it could be anything.
Good luck!

Rohan Kumar Just listen to some soothing music then and close your eyes. It helps a lot, trust me. Listen to Hozier, he has a very calm voice.
