Since you have not specified the registration website I will provide you a genral procedure through which you can register for admission:

• If the admission is online then visit the website, register as a new candidate, fill your basic details, upload your documents and recheck the details given. Then you must complete the payment for successful registration.
• For offline admission you will have to visit school or college offline and then fill the application form, attach photocopies of relevant documents and complete the payment.

Please note that in both the modes you will have to get your original documents verified from the school or college admin office.
