There is no free link to download the Arihant 41 Years' Chapterwise Topicwise Solved Papers. However, these papers can be bought online. It is available on various e-shopping websites like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. You just need to visit any of these websites and buy the Papers.

I don't think, JEE main exam complete 41 years.
But you can download few year questions paper on net. There are some sites whos contains some paper. You can download from there.
