Provisional Allotment letter is the same allotment letter which you get after the result of choice filling(counseling). It enables you to take admission in your provisionally (temporarily) alloted college. To download go to the official website of NEET UG where you will find an option for release of seat allotment of ug next round. Click on the tab and then you will see a download button on the page. Click on it and your result will be downloaded. Or else you can simply Google it and then download from any other website.
